It was a fabulous way to christen my new telly. Looks like it's up there to be one of the greats of recent telly, alongside Firefly and Battlestar Galactica.

I'm still not sure... but then my recording device chopped off the ends of each program (did they start late or was the muppetry on my box's behalf?) so maybe I needed to see those last couple of minutes to get hooked :)

will keep watching just in case tho...

They started late.

BBC 2 never runs to schedule.

It's the bane of my TiVo life (add 2 minutes to the end, unless it clashes with the next program, etc. etc.)

However, surely the end of EP1 was on the beginning of EP2?

And yes, you rather need the last 30 seconds of episode 2.

yup - but I then missed the end of ep2. Grrr.

flukily I caught the repeat earlier this week so I know what's happening. Hurrah!
