i'll join u!....but i have a problem with not getting up in time to eat breakfast...how much harm would it do to have a slim fast shake or some diet related on-the-go thing instead?
hm...not sure. I do know that the oatmeal is 100 cal, and those other things are probably more, but really so long as you stick to the rest of the diet I'm sure you will loose weight anyways. Also, so long as whatever you do eat doesn't take up a lot of space in your stomach, the diet will make your stomach shrink = you won't be as hungry and things will get easier as the days go on. Ah, so my friend offered me funnel cake in school today! It felt good saying no, knowing that if I did, I would be SURE to be lighter by next week at least. Keep me posted on your progress/if my diet works for you! :)
