once in Vegas we lived on the same pot of soup for like, a week. It moved by itself by the end.

It crawled out of the pot and was slithering around on the floor in the dark, reeking of rotting vegetables and leaving a trail of mushy peas. When my brother turned on the kitchen light it split into lots of little things and ran to hide in the shadows, like what happens when you turn the light on roaches.
