What a great week at Shasta Lake! The 12 hour drive wasn't too bad. Left early enough to still have light to set up the tent. Monday we finished setting up camp, and went exploring. Fun day! At first I thought it would be shitty (two reasons), but no, I was happily wrong. Drank a bit last night, and woke up an hour before my alarm still mostly drunk.
