Well today was just the same as every other day except I woke up this morning and went to the gym before my classes. 20 minutes on the elliptical, 10 on the bike, did my weights, and did some ab stuff with Melissa and Alana by throwing medicine balls at each other hahahaha :) I ♥ them. I'm so glad I got a membership

ME TOO :D i dip the bread into my chowdah...we have a choice between a baguette and a bread bowl.
