Progress: 7/50 patches completed. I'm still on schedule, though it was difficult to find time to finish the planned three patches. Some unexpectedly long train travel on Friday allowed me the last bit of time I needed though.
22500 rings in total. Roughly 17500 rings in the big bag, approximately 2000 in the pouch, and almost 3000 already woven into 7 patches (and one unfinished patch).
Note the difference between the copper plated rings and the patches which have had the plating stripped.
My travel kit. Pliers, rings in a pouch, and the patch I'll be working on. Finished patches go onto the pile, and whenever the pouch is almost empty I refill it.
