What's new with me

I've been extremely busy since term started.  As a sample, next week i need to read over 200 pages of Nietzsche, a whole book of Diderot, a whole book of Spinoza and several articles on the philosophy of law.  Oh, and the really fun part - someone else's research paper from among the graduates.

Alisa and I had our first anniversary on Saturday.

Oh, I remember that transatlantic phone call. "I've met someone! She really likes Janis Joplin!"
