Hoaxes and self-inflicted wounds...

I read about this story - http://electioivens.foxnews.com/2008/10/24/mccain-campaign-volunteer-admits-alleged-attack-hoax/ - in a New York paper yesterday, before the 'hoax' part of it was revealed.  I immediately thought it was a fake, and not just because of disliking obviously racist Republicans.

I doubt this story's reached my friends in England

Wow, Republicanism really brings out the fucking unhinged in people.

See, this is why crazy people should be allowed to do jury service. We are uniquely positioned to go, "Dude, pull the other one. That's obviously self-inflicted."

You'd have to knock someone unconscious to carve a complicated letter like 'B' into them, I reckon, anyway. It's three movements, and it's pretty difficult to cut curves.
