so i'm running in the shamrock marathon this year. i'm only doing the 1/2 marathon (13.2 miles) but the following year i plan to do a full marathon (almost 23 miles). it's just that it takes a lot and a lot of training to be able to build your stamina up to what it needs to be to run 13.2 miles. i have bad days and i have good days. on a good day,
