So there's this chemical additive put in mayonnaise and mayonnaise-based products to keep eggs and oil from separating or to preserve it that I have an intolerance to. Lol! It's his favorite thing on the planet, and when we run out it ruins his whole day. Couldn't let that happen!

Besides, most of my shift is downtime. Getting paid to experiment with condiment manufacturing isn't too bad.
