oh my gosh I am so jealous. Your apartment has so much character. I love the walls - the colors and everything! And I love your chandelier and kitchen and bathroom AND YOUR COUCH! In general I just love it all.

Thank you! XD That couch was a hand-me-down from isaacs_law to capncthulhu to us. The legs on it are not the original legs. We hammered those on when the original legs busted off. It's turned out to be a pretty decent free couch!

What a beautiful apartment! What I wouldn't do for a place with hardwood floors around here but nooooo...everything is carpeted (in horrid beige). Your place is so tidy, too! *envyenvy*

I know that beige. o_o This apartment has more character than anywhere else I've lived, definitely. The hardwood makes managing the pet dander easier, too, which helps Andy's allergy. He had way more issues with the cat in Portland.

Until I get a job, pretty much all I have to do around here is play video games, cook and tidy up. It's a pretty okay lifestyle!

Andy's played the first one. He described it as "sort of a very fast co-op Descent" that I'd be okay with (it's hard to get me to sit down and play that kind of game - mostly because they seem to take forever to me), but I haven't played it myself. We don't own it, and buying new games has to wait until after the wedding!
