The rooms are rather large and spacious in this apartment, but smell of old cigarettes. There are four bedrooms (one large master suite and three medium rooms), one common bathroom, a kitchen, a common living area, and a dining room.

Occasionally, the house makes the odd "settling" noise, and the plumbing rattles.
