I've always thought that I've known a fairly good amount about computers, and have been able to fix problems in the past, but this seems to be beyond me.

Didn't your house get struck by lightning once? I -vaguely- remember that.

Anyways, I don't know anything about computers, but I can ask my boyfriend if he knows what's up. He's gotten rid of viruses on my computer a looot of times. :)
