I keep meaning to update this thing and keep not doing so.  I’m sitting here all resolved and stuff and hopefully I’ll be able to finish something this time around.

I’ve spent a lot of time lately with my Lady Love.  She helped me prepare to move, move and is now helping me recover.  She’s wonderful and according to everyone I’ve asked I’m not

Oh my goodness, you updated! You were a great help while I was moving, and I wanted to return the favor. Besides, I always enjoy your company, and if I can be helpful that's even better. You are wonderful yourself darlin', and that sounds oddly like what I'm hearing from my friends.

I really hope you hear good things back from the potential job soon - they would be silly not to hire you. You don't need the added stress of waiting, but I'll do my best to cheer you up and counter balance it.
