Please come up with a more original name than Raven. I swear half of you are named Raven. Most of you had some awesome back story out of your favorite novel as to why you’re called Raven. Pick something else. There are other cool animals out there.

It's so true!!! I met a girl who actually asked to be called Dark Angel. And people did it! I was tempted to call her Tinkerbell and see what she did.

Originality and breaking the mold, despite what they'd want you to think, is not at all a strong point for most goths.

I personally, would find it most amusing if a goth had a really bubbly cheerleader-esque name, like Britney, or Muffin. Even goths must appreciate irony.

If you have to be named Raven, why not just go whole hog and be Ebony Dark'ness Dementia Raven Way? At least then you are an troll of epic proportions, in addition to being OMG SUPER GOTH.
