Nothing serious, just my pride and I'm still a bit sore. I'll live to fall another day, just you watch and see.

Geez, everyone's slipping on the ice.

My Mom called me within 2 minutes of my coming through the door tonight to let me know that she ALSO fell on the ice earlier this evening, in Boston, and broke her arm. No cast or surgery needed, but she'll be in the sling for probably 6 weeks. No driving. She lives alone. She's taking it all in stride, but her retired social life just came to a screeching halt for a while.
