Interviewing someone

I need to interview someone whose career is in either technical communication or professional writing or something related or some aspect of your job does those two things.  I am doing it for a class for my degree in that field.  It would probably be easier if we just emailed, so if any of you think you fit and want to do it please respond.

what school are you at? I'm meant to start a certificate program in technical writing and communication at the U this fall... but I don't know if I want to anymore.

I do technical support, largely via email and other written media and very little by telephone, for fast multi-petabyte storage systems. If that's not too far out of the range of what you're looking for, how long an interview are you talking about? In terms of anticipated time spent reading and writing e-mail, that is.
