Low and lazy (high five)

It's been maybe 5 days since the automotive lifeline that is 35W had collapsed. I'm still pretty devastated, but thankfully no one I knew was directly effected physically. No one they know either. Being near the site, however, is pretty fücking weird (pardon my German). It's like a hole is in the middle of my city. I haven't kept up with all that ( Read more... )

Hey Alan. The summer has really gone by quick. I'll be moving back to Chicago a week from Saturday. Want to try and get together sometime before then?

A). Thanks DANE!

B). Yeah, we were in between 3 different televisions, all Samsung...so they appeared to have the HD television gig on lock down. Glad to hear you're happy with it too, I'm hoping I won't kick myself later.

damn. thats a nice tv. mejay and i are waiting until our tele doesnt "warm up" anymore.
as per our conversation on the 5 most important things we own. here's my quick list in no order or maybe.
whipple home.
toyota prius.
410 music man.
cannondale capo.
macbook pro and its memory.
cat didnt cut it, because as mike deiter put it "you cant own something like a dog [man]" (not sure if the man was there but it sure was implied.
also, this list is suprisingly easy. transportation, shelter, music makers, and the multifunctioning machines, all probably the most expensive things as well, funny how that works.
