Go in there on Thursday confident and strong, and don't be afraid to negotiate if you think their first offer sounds low. Politely remind them that in relocating, you will be assuming a higher cost of living, and it is to their benefit to have you in close proximity to the school.
I've had nothing but faith in you; you and your brother are much alike in that you're both astonishingly talented and capable people when you choose to buckle down and go after something.
On to bigger and better things--startin a graphic design program sounds awesome!
