Got a phone call today from the school I interviewed at last week. The supervisor said that he wanted to offer me the job, contingent that he gets final approval from the school board - which he thinks is going to be no problem - to finalize class schedules and have me on a tenure track. I have my fingers crossed for you, bro. You have to ask yourself whether nothing worked out sooner because *this* is where you're supposed to be.

Go in there on Thursday confident and strong, and don't be afraid to negotiate if you think their first offer sounds low. Politely remind them that in relocating, you will be assuming a higher cost of living, and it is to their benefit to have you in close proximity to the school.

I've had nothing but faith in you; you and your brother are much alike in that you're both astonishingly talented and capable people when you choose to buckle down and go after something.

On to bigger and better things--startin a graphic design program sounds awesome!
