So, after a generally "meh" bday Thursday- I worked outside at the camp, sweat my nuts off, was busy as hell and stood around a new kiln that blasts at over 650 degrees Fahrenheit - to come home to the only redeemable part of my day, having dinner with my brother and then isolating myself in the sanctum sanctorum of my apartment that houses the AC ( Read more... )

I work on 6th ave between 46th and 47th, and I walk from Penn Station to the office and back every day. The scenery this time of year is unbelievable. It is easily the high point of most of my days.

taking it very slow. I am going to mail a letter out on Wednesday. I have a plan. It's silly. Hopefully it works. Katie and a mutual friend of both sisters are in my corner though - they are working on Gretchen. I will update on that front soon, no worries.
