friday was our first csa pick-up day of the season. mark was working hard to finish the processing station in time, and the new layout worked really well. problems: at first glance it seems we were in over our heads. our farm has four full-time staff (andy, mark, molly, me) working 15 acres to feed about 250 familes (up from last year's 204).
