this semester has already had serious ups and downs, but i am very optimistic on the whole. i'm about to go off thrifting. i ate a pound of beef. i've already had a miraculous amount of good one-on-one hang out time with several different friends, and a reading/tea party, and even though i failed at one thing i tried to do, i'm going to do
