Happy 30th birthday Amber! I am sure the 30 is better than 40. See I am posting my age as well :) I have officially reached my scary age. I am officially old. I will keep everyone posted on how the day goes. My present to myself is a manicure and hair cut and going out to dinner with some close friends tonight. I think that shall be a nice

Seriously, Sherry, you are never gonna be "old". That's a state of mind you will never be in. Were I there I would buy you a big drink and toast your experience. I'd rather be forty and wise than twenty and stupid any day. Can't speak for anyone else, but me, at twenty, I was *stupid*!

I got thrown a surprise party last night and got right drunk. I was actually really surprised too! Man, there are a lot of wonderful people at the seminary!
Having said that, I miss not celebrating my birthday with you. It's the first year we haven't been together in a long time.
I hope you have lots of fun at your party tomorrow, and I will see you at Yule (yes, I will be there, you better be there too!)
