When somone sees someone else doing something that they know is wrong, is that person not supposed to speak up???

this song is talkin about if you dont know the whole truth then dong get involved if you want to put ur nose where it dont belong then you best know the whole thing if you want to say someone is wrong then YOU HAVE TO KNOW IT ALL or else you cant tell someone is wrong! I like to say only speak if u are being spoken too and only get involved if you know wat is going on . . . you have to know eveything before you do somthing like that . . . im just saying i also hate how people yell at others when they got their onw problems to go about on u know so yeah mr anonymous thats ur response. . . .
