Vincent has been watching the news and is worried about the swine flu virus. Seems his friends aren't.

Eek! Argh! Help ma boab!!! It's coming to get us....
Seriously, I'm a little concerned, which I think is pretty natural when you are mum to a small baby and a young child.
But most of my worries are linked to my overactive imagination, fuelled by this and this.
Oh, and my old school strikes again - looks like the bug might have a foothold there. -

It's funny watching St George's Day unfold around me. Being in the newsroom today, there are lots of snippets of video coming in - free English flag-coated cupcakes being handed out, Bhangra drummers wearing red and white, balloons in the shape of George and the Dragon etc. Our local pubs are holding free barbecues and stuff tonight as well and in ( Read more... ) -
Rat in mi kitchen
We've been sleeping on the living floor in an attempt to get a decent night's sleep lately (sofabed is so uncomfortable). Work
Hmmm, some of this stuff is starting to make sense now! I've written a few news in briefs for tomorrow's GMTV bulletins and none of it is too painful... yet.
In other news, I've found another job that I might be rather more suited for - but it's in London. eek!
