Hi, I'm interested in the Liza Lisa tartan skirt in black & pink. I was just wondering based on the length and waist measurements of it, is it meant to be worn as a high waisted skirt? Thanks :)

Sorry for the late reply. School just started for me.

As for the skirt. I totally wrote down the wrong measurement for some reason, it's actually 13-14 inches long.

For the Liz Lisa cream sweater, Does first class shipping+Delivery confirmation also mean or include shipping insurance?

Sorry for the delay. School started back up recently.

The $4.50 includes first-class shipping, delivery confirmation, and the bubble mailer. Insurance is an extra $1.75
