You can't just go around picking fights with people. It's not what we're here for. It's not what you should be doing. If someone says they want to change, you have to give them the chance or nothing can improve. It's not fair to them. And it's not fair to us. As a team.

If someone issued a challenge, then the only way out of it was to be defeated or call it a draw. And usually, if someone challenges you, they're not looking for a draw. We just accept it.
