Rayearth group information post with lots of pictures

Information for the Magic Knight Rayearth group for Dragon*Con 2008. Feel free to steal information and help recruit people(just update me on any new additions).

First off, you cannot really have a decent Rayearth group without Hikaru, Umi, and Fuu. So let's start off with a couple pictures of them.

Tatra looks like a gorgeous costume and I'd be happy to do it, if I can. Do you think I could go without a wig? That's another reason why she appealed to me. xD I bet I could bronze my skin somehow. :D

There's a quick shot of her there in the beginning. I should be able to take screen caps off my dvds later.

And hrm, maybe with just some henna or something in your hair to get it a bit closer to her color(though I'm not sure how temporary that is). In my opinion wigs as long as a lot of anime hair are just good for tangled messes. I think as long as the style and color are good exact length isn't so important. I can say that one of my friends did this costume before with hair to maybe about her mid back(and pale skin) and that looked good.

My mom would definitely be able to help me with that costume, she's made loads of harem pants for my sister's bellydance troupe. :P

Yeah, that's how I feel about long wigs, too. xD

I'm reealllyyy not comfortable messing with my haircolor. I've never dyed it, ever. If you don't think it's close enough, I don't think I'll bother. ^^;

I would want to do something about my skintone, though. I'm really pale. :P I would say a spray-on tan, but that wouldn't work with my other costumes. Makeup would be hard, with so much skin showing. I think a tanning lotion of some sort would be my best bet.
