found out she is refusinng to drink fluids. dad is trying to give her foods that have a higher fluid count.

im really worried. been crying for the last hour and a half. this is soooo not good for my milk

This may sound extremely weird, but don't stress about your milk right now. I can't say I know what you're going through, but I do know that the more you stress about various things, the more tired you will become mentally and physically.
I understand that you cannot afford for her to go into a home, but are there any programs in your area for things like this? It's a shame that just because someone is poor (or not extremely well off) that they have to stress about their older loved ones.
