... I know what that's like. I've been there, on both ends of the rope. And it so does NOT twirl, either way.

yup... saw one side myself thursday night.. and the other end last night.. think i should take a break from the scene for awhile?

indeed. And when you go back, just dont over-do it with the alchy. Have just the right amount so that you can actually enjoy yourself and if you end up having to babysit an ultimately intoxicated bastard it wont be so bad cuz you'll be mellowed out... at least let us hope so. But taking breaks from the scene WORKS! Good luck, regardless of what actually ends up happening.
