My shoulder is driving me crazy. It's not the pain from the shoulder, it's the side effects. The volts of electricity shotting into my jaw are the worse. Also the white noise when I move me head is no picnic. Hopefully it will be better tomorrow

I'm not sure what I did to it. I just know that it hurts like a bitch and I'm about to take a muscle relaxer!!
