Ha, a food post I can relate to, at last! *lol*
The Japanese drink bar concept seems to be similar to the US concept of free refills in most places ... a concept I've shamelessly took advantage of when I ran out of bottles on the road and the MacDonalds was a lot closer en route than any grocery store.
