Strange thing. I had never heard Sufjan Stevens. So everything I heard was based off a clean slate. And then I posted his name on Live Journal.

check out rosie thomas. she's his former (?) boo and he worked on her debut album with her. he's included somehow in all of the songs.

i like his concept of having an album for each of the 50 states but i for one can't stand his music. i might enjoy some of the artists similar to him but i can't quite pinpoint why i don't like his. ever listen to my morning jacket? specifically 'It Still Moves'?

I just couldn't get into liking him.. I mean, I'd been listening to Snow Patrol and heard the name mentioned so I though hey.. I might like it.. but I didn't.
