All you need to know about Legend of the Seeker is that Richard's abs are incredible and Kahlan's hair is epic. There. You are all caught up. They also kill bad guys and fight the good fight. But that's really just side plot to their hotness.

Looking at this, it's a wonder we see Richard in a shirt AT ALL. He seems to be shirtless most of the time (and that's certainly not a bad thing ;)).
