Kanda has barbed wire, and lots of little swords. He's also very likely to use them unless you're a former friend and manage to get through to him when he's in his dark mode. Also, the darkness (The otherworld of Silent Hill that often comes with Kanda) is equally dangerous, so keep that in mind when dealing with him.
