When we got our puppy in February and were trying to name her, we decided to go with a Swahili name with a cool meaning. Nalo's name is Swahili (for "loveable") and we wanted to stick with the theme, plus we knew that we wouldn't come across another dog with the same name. We named her Penda, which means "affectionate" in Swahili. I love picking
