It was an okay day.

Everything was fine except for the rain. I saw Star Wars III in the theatre by myself. I kept losing my concentration on the movie, because there was a little girl that kept screaming and making weird noises. Then there was the guy a couple seats down who kept on opening his cell phone to check the time, so that was another distraction. It ( Read more... )

The Sleater-Kinney show isn't sold out, I know because I went to get tickets on Friday and the girl told me there's a lot left.
I don't even know my away around Philly much and I live 20 minutes away.

I like the colors on your layout.

I spent $80 already, and I don't know where all the money went to. I don't remember. How much are the tickets?

I've been to the Trocadero once to see the Damned. It's a nice venue, very big inside with upper level seating if you need to sit down. The stage is high off of the ground, and the floor is huge.

I went on a mini rant about how much the tickets come to in my lj. They're $15, but after the fee charge and those fuckers known as Clear Channel, one ticket comes to $23.

That's not all that bad. I can go to the Dover Mall in DE, go to Boscov's and they have a ticketmaster center there. They only sell tickets for Philly, and not for D.C. It's where I got the Damned tickets.

I think the last movies I actually saw in a theater were Shaun of the Dead and Freddy vs. Jason. Shows you how often I go ;p

Ooh, the mini plastic sword collection sounds good. You could have branched out to paper umbrellas and the little drink caddy's that hang off the edge of the glass (like monkies and mermaids).
I collect Sylvester (from Looney Tunes) stuff and hula girl stuff. I want to start collecting these little vintage crank toys. Like there was a little hula girl inside a plastic case, you turn the crank and she dances! How cool is that!

I know I'm definately going to see Mr. and Mrs. Smith in the theatre. Angelina Jolie's in that movie. I may even see the Fantastic Four, too. Um, I did see Spiderman 2 in the theatre as well but I don't remember when.

Sylvester....that's the one that chased Tweety Bird around. "I tawt I taw a puddy tat....I did, I did!"

I also collected key chains, New Kids on the Block trading cards, and also Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle cards. My New Kids collection was ohhh, ohhh, ohhhooohhh, hanging tough. God, am I really that bad?

Hula girl's are cool. Like the one's you put in the back of the car, and the each time that you hit a bump it dances around. It would have fun in my car, especially when I run over curbs.
