.-.So today I woke up only to go to my therapists. I was sitting there talking and then I noticed I rolled my eyes after every sentance. God I got so fucking pissed off at myself because I wouldn't stop even after I noticed. I think its a twitch. A few minutes passed by then she then told me it was positive that I had ADD. I'm just sittign there

I'm still.. 2 years later.. Trying to find a therapist I can enjoy conversation with.

Its quite hard to find a therapist to feel comfortable wtih its been three years and shes the first one i can actually open up too. Hopefully you can find one to have a nice conversation with... =)
