im sorry hun.. i do really want to quit... i definitely cut down about 80% of my smoking. i need to stop making excuses and things of hat nature.. I think i'm gonna try hypnosis or someting to help me quit.. i've quit twice before (though some don't consider that as had quit because i'm in present tense i still am) and i knwo i can do it again... it just really frustrating when i'm around people who smoke.. i wil soon isolate myself if i have to.. only time will tell.
