I'm thinking about cooking tonight....which never happens cause while I can cook, it never seems worthwhile to do it for just yourself.

I'm thinking grilled marinated chicken with zucchini, squash, and grape tomatoes sauteed in shallots.

If someone can bring some red Lambrusco wine(which is cheap), you're invited! heheh. :D
