These were done on my cell phone line, but now he has decided to move to my houseline and start harrassing me there and leaving messages. So I am

When he calls, hang up. Hit star 59 instead of star 69. It sends the number to the police. I've dealt with harrassment in the past and we couldn't star 69 the lil punks... cops told us to star 59 them. Guess it worked :)
