ok, so ive lost 16.4 pounds now, and it still isnt really noticeable, but im actually ok with that. this week i went down 2.4 pounds, and thats awesome. if i can keep doing 2 pounds a week, SICK. i started going to the gym, 3 times this week, and im really liking it. its at my dads company which is a 5 minute drive away, and they discourage

From one fat kid to another i know what you mean about it actually effecting you mentally and often. when people go out to do the simplest things theres always that doubt in your mind and i get that. Your moving towards improvement has really inspired me to do the same so hopefully you'll see updates from me at some point soon of weight dropped (i'm going to attempt to start running, yikes!) i'm going to go slow for a while but i think it's the best plan for me personally (though i still find the idea frightening.)
therefore if i don't have updates like this soon, yell at me in a friendly get your ass up and do some shit kind of a way.
It's really impressive that your actually doing this mam, congradulations and good luck.
