using Photoshop CS.
01. Open the pic. *This one is what choose.*
02. Crop it. Sharpen the edges. *Layer 01*
03. Duplicate the base. Set it to: Screen. 100%. *Layer 02*
04. Duplicate the base again. Set it to: Screen. 50%. *Layer 03*
05. Duplicate the base again. Set it to: Soft Ligt. 40%. Go to Filter >> Blur >> Gaussian Blur >> 6.9. *Layer 04*
06. Paste this layer. Set it to: Exclusion. 60% *Layer 05*
07. Paste this layer. Set it to: Color. 10%. *Layer 06*
08. Paste this layer. Set it to: Color. 15%. *Layer 07*
09. Paste this layer. Set it to: Overlay . 100%. *Layer 08*
10. Flaten the layers. Resize it to 75x75. Paste over this (By 77words.)
11. Dupliate only the layer with Jack's on *F*** I always forget his real name*. Set it to: Soft light.40%.
12. Add this *By Ewanism* resized 75x75. Set it to: Screen. 70%.
