using Photoshop CS.



01. Open your pic. Crop it.
02. Duplicate your base. Set it to: Screen. Opacity: 100%. *Layer 01*
03. Duplicate your base. Set it to: Screen. Opacity: 100%. *Layer 02*
04. Duplicate your base. Set it to: Screen. Opacity: 30%. *Layer 03*
05. Paste this layer. Set it to: Soft Light. Opacity: 100% *Layer 04*
06. Duplicate your base. Set it to: Screen. Opacity: 100%. *Layer 05*
07. Repeat step 05. *Layer 06*
08. Flatten the layers.
09. Go to Image >> Adjustments >> Color Balance. Settings here.
10. Paste this layer. Set it to: Soft Light. Opacity: 100% *Layer 01*
12. Flatten the layers again.
13. Sharpen the pic.

Then, were done ;)
