fuck you, virgin mobile

"I understand limiting speeds after 2.5gig on a plan. I'm on an "un"limited wirelesstogo broadband device, and passed the 2.5gig. However, the "limited speeds" have made it impossible to even load -Google- or sign onto AIM. I called customer service and they said the only way to get speeds that would actually load a webpage was to pay another 50$ ( Read more... )

I've already sent an email to the customer sevice line, and called customer service. The only assistance required is the ability to use the internet for the next three days, and I'm quite aware that is too much to ask.
