What size feet are you?

I somehow aqquired a pair of LARP boots that are slightly too big for me and have been trying to get rid of them for years.

For running around I've got a pair of German Para Boots, you should be able to pick up a Grade 1 pair for less than £25 at your nearest friendly Army Surplus store, or they are widely available online, http://www.singersoutdoors.co.uk/showproduct.asp?id=1792&pgid=0&r=0/0/0/0

If you want cheap, army-surplus boots I can heartily recommend US Army Jungle Boots for the summer, though they're not much good in wetter weather as they're not waterproof.

Other than that, and if you don't mind paying for them, Hi-Tec Magnums are ace, and I know that a number of people swear by them. They're what the Police (and paramedics) are issued with, and given that they spend most of their time behind desks eating donuts on their feet, they're pretty comfy for extended periods of wearing.
