The levels are as follows (counted by the number of cards you have):

1-Two Years Bragging Experience (0-50)
2-Rookie (51-150)
3-Ranking Tournament (151-300)
4-District Preliminaries (301-500)
5-Prefecturals (501-750)
6-Regionals (751-1050)
7-Nationals Semifinals (1051-1400)
8-National Finals (1401-1800)
9-Senbatsu (1801-2250)
10-Pro Circuit (2250+)

For each level, the amount of cards you need to earn increases by 50. After you reach 2250 cards, you will level up every 500 cards.
