its really important to tell people how you feel about things, because if not, your head will explode (I'm sure you are aware). I'm always here if you need to vent or whatever, because it really sucks to have to mop up your exploded brains. you're right about change being hard, but it is inevitable that it will come. and you have a good head on your shoulders, so you're pretty capable of it too.
