or maybe I just have a repressed memory and I saw this somewhere once. I roasted a whole head of garlic and it was fabulous! I ate a couple of the cloves but... with the rest I squeezed them into a little jar and put some olive oil in there.. to "keep" them a while longer.. I am not really sure if it will work. Oh I love roasted garlic, I don't care about the breath, screw em'! I have heard of putting raw garlic in oil to flavor it. This would probably just have a milder taste. yummy!
