this continues to confuse me

Supposedly twitter doesn't allow for animated content. You can't have animation for your picture/avatar or you're background.

I know, I've tried.

So, how does this happen then?

At some point, they allowed it. But it was only for short time.
Because I used to have animation then I accidentally deleted it..
Now I can't get it back -_____________-

It's not such a bad thing that animations aren't allowed because it would start to be a mess, and animations needs more space too so...
